Delivery Service and Costs
We currently only deliver to the UK.
All Designer Handbags – FREE Royal Mail UK Special Delivery – 1 Working day, guaranteed by 1PM once your order has been dispatched.
All other products – £3.50 Flat shipping rate – Royal Mail 1st Class – 1-3 working days after item has been dispatched.
Handbag Care Products – These are affiliate products that will be fulfilled by Amazon or an Amazon retailer. Postage costs will vary.
Order Processing Times
All items will be dispatched within 1-2 working days. This excludes weekends and bank holidays.
Once your item has been dispatched it will arrive with you based on the delivery options above. Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an ‘Order Completed’ email, and any relevant tracking information.
Delivery Address
Paypal – Please note, we can only deliver to the confirmed delivery address that was written at the time of payment. If this address is incorrect please contact us as soon as possible. The order will need to be cancelled and a new order with the correct delivery address will need to be placed.
IMPORTANT: If you enter an incorrect address and fail to notify us before shipment of the item, you will be fully liable for obtaining the product. We will not offer a refund in this situation if you fail to locate the order.
Returns Policy
We want to make sure you love your new purchase from Handbagholic. If you’ve changed your mind you can return your item within 14 days for a refund. Buyers are responsible for return postage costs and we strongly advise you used a tracked and insured delivery method. Buyers are fully responsible for the item(s) until it arrives back to us. If we fail to receive the item back and in the same condition as it was sent your refund will not be processed.

Faulty Items
If your item is faulty in anyway please contact us via our online returns form here. Once we have received the item back, if on inspection the item is found to be faulty you will receive a full refund of all original costs.
